The Darwin Foodies Reuben Sandwich

The boss had some kind of IT geek function where nobody ate anything afterwards, so there was literally at least 6kg of various shaved hams in the work fridge the next day. I figured this would be a good time to have a go at a Reuben style sandwich given the excess of meat we had at our disposal.

Prickles Restaurant – Tex-Mex

Hola amigos! Prickles in Parap Shopping Village, is as far as I know, the only Texan/Mexican restaurant in Darwin. These guys have been around for ages and have built quite the following, with all tables filled every time I’ve been there.
