Impressed by the lunch at Jet Wok, I brought the in laws to try out the dinner. Would it be another generic Chinese restaurant (with some token Japanese dishes thrown in)? My father in law’s face was certainly skepticism personified at the start of the evening so the chefs certainly had their work cut out for them.
I can count the number of Greek restaurants in Darwin on one hand – they’re few and far between unfortunately. The newest is Antiquity at the Darwin Waterfront, which aims to put a modern spin on the genre. Any restaurant that has modern in its name or strap line makes me nervous, hopefully I won’t be disappointed.
