Ramen from the ramen dude at Parap Markets

Go Sushi Train

There isn’t much choice for sushi in the Darwin CBD, you’ve got Takagi Sushi which I reviewed previously and Go Sushi Train which gets some lovin’ today. They’ve been around many years now and have proven very popular with the lunch time crowd. Indeed, if you want to dine in you better get in before the 12 o’clock rush.

Okinawan slow cooked shoyu pork

If that photo above hasn’t got you licking your lips, you’re probably vegetarian. It’s a melt in your mouth slow cooked shoyu pork belly. Shoyu being a type of Japanese soy sauce and the slow cooked referring to the 2~3 hours this thing spends in a pot.
