Ramen, a noodle dish dearly loved by all of Japan, consists of a meaty broth, filled with wheat noodles and finished with various toppings. It is the Japanese equivalent of Vietnamese pho, Malaysian laksa and Chinese noodle soup. It is indeed the stuff of legends.
